Thanks for the suggestions so far guys. I will look into the deflector some more with the dealership and see what the story is on the V6 reflector use over the GT and get back to you all.

The V6 does not have a deflector.
Let see what the stealership has to say about that one....

This is going to be a long shot but I thought I would ask anyway. Does anyone have a GT bumper cover that is not in use? Color = G2. If you do, PM me.

Dealership cost was $32.50, and was ready next day. Don't forget to get the screws, as they don't include them.

Hey I was wondering since we're on this topic just for my own knowledge because I plan on upgrading my whole front end to the GT with foglights.

So for me what's needed is:

Front bumper
Grille with foglights
Wiring harness
Switch
Gt Radiator cover
Gt stone reflectors
And screws

Am I missing anything else.

I don't have them but there's a V6 GT grille out on the market for you guys.Wasn't sure if you knew about them.

It's pretty much a direct replacement, giving the V6 Mustang the look of the GT.You need to relocate a horn during the install as far as I know.

1Atony,

do you know where to find them? You are saying this grill doesn't require you to replace the bumper?

Does it still have the Mustang emblem in center?

I found a grille way back but the Mustang was not an option.

Thanks!

Mustang pony in the center with GT fig light locations to fit a V6.

There have been people who have made a GT grille fit. I have heard of it done but its forcing parts to fit that were not made to fit, your call. It would probably involve some cutting and self fabrication. You could do the whole front end and get a GT bumper. But like said earlier there are some places on ebay that sell the GT fog light grille for the v6. They have simply done the "forcing" part of the equation for you. I would go the whole 9 yards and upgrade your front bumper to one that you want and get a grille to go with it.
