Lmao my damn shaker 500 does that... piece of crap has 70 bucks worth of my CD's. I was wondering why my battery was dying... learned something new today.

Dealers are experts at price gouging at least...

Although I never had problems with my car, not even the Shaker, it is a high failure component.
As soon as mine start to act up, it's outta there.

I also have the rapid clicking noise pop up the day I had the recall work on the airbag system. The dealership is telling me it is the AC unit and it is just a coincidence that the problem poped up after we left the parking lot. So far the noise only happens when I turn the engine over for about 10 seconds then goes away. All I know is that it wasn't doing that before I took it to Sunset Ford.

You beat me to it! And hello to a fellow AZ resident! It's most likely the AC unit. There is a piece that just loves to make noise in there, and it doesn't like water from what I've been told.. I've had to take my car to Sunset Ford 2 times now to replace the part. As well as 2 times to fix my Shaker 500.

Where abouts in AZ are you by the way?
