Default Problem with Viper 5900 Bypass Module

hey guys ok heres whats going on.
I have a 2007 ford mustang.. and about a year and a half ago i got a viper 5900 alarm system installed with remote start with the dei xk04 bypass module. About 4 months ago, i had a problem where the bypass module was deprogramming itself so i had to take it back to best buy to get it re programmed. After the fourth time of this happening, best buy had me replace the module . This was about 2 months ago when i replaced the module. and today the new module seemed to have deprogrammed itself again. So here i go again getting ready to go to best buy to get them to reprogram the bypass module. Ive asked best buy this question and they didnt have an answer for me.. so im asking you guys. do u know why the module is deprogramming itself? I mean i know 1 in a million modules may be defective but 2 modules in a row now? Is there something that i could be doing or the car is doing thats causing this module to deprogram itself?
Help Please i dont want to have to by ANOTHER module.. after another and another. .

Maybe its installed wrong.
It is beast buy you are dealing with here.
Maybe its constant DC is being switched somehow?
