HID Installation Help
Hello,
I just bought a 4300K HID conversion kit from Retro-Solutions. However, I am having some trouble mounting the ballasts. There doesn't seem to be a good place to mount the ballasts. I would either only use one of the two screw holes, and it won't lay flush. I need some suggestions. What have people done in the past? Any pictures would be greatly helpful.
I felt the included instructions were extremely vague and it didn't specify a mounting point. I watched the StangMods video I found on youtube and could not use its instructions because of mods they had already made to the mustang they were using for a demonstration. I did some searching for HID installation in the forum but didn't find any results.
I have a V6 Mustang, with the stock air filter (big and square).
Thank you.

On the fender liners.
They are plastic and will comform to
the battasts. Piop rivits and washers works best.
Or some 3M Acrylic Emblem Adhesive Tape.
If the wires are long enough you could mount
the ballasts in the trunk area where flat mounting
surfaces abound.
