cant upload custom tune from pc
i am trying to upload a tune i got from doug at bamachips from my pc to my xcal3
but everytime i do it says "arithmetic operation resulted in overflow"
im using a vista computer
i followed all the instructions doug sent me to a t and still cant figure out what i did wrong
heres the directions i got:
First download the file(s) and save it into a folder where you can find it at a later time.
Then go to http://www.sctflash.com/tsupdates.php and download the latest version of the live load software under Device updater software.
Once you have this software downloaded and installed connect the X3 to your PC using a standard A-B type USB cable, like that for a printer,
Windows may ask you to search for drivers, allow it.
Then open the X3 Updater software. Once you have this opened select the button marked "Load Custom Tune File".
From there simply hit the Browse button and locate the file(s) from this email that you have saved in a folder.
Choose a location to install the file by moving the black dot from File positions 1-3.
You must have a file in the previous location to put a file above it, i.e. you must have a file in position 1 before you load a file in position 2.
In the box next to the button enter a name for the file (this name will shop up on the tuner when you go to load the tune).
Be sure to move the black dot from different file locations when you are loading more than one tune.
Then press the "program" button, you will need to repeat the steps above for each tune file you wish to load.
ive searched google and every forum i can think of and i cant figure it out
thanks!!

Run the program compatibility in Windows XP mode, that should work.
Right click the Icon of the program, click properties, go to the compatibility tab, check "Run this program in compatibility for:" Then choose Windows XP
Good luck!
