hey pascal do you want to be a life saver?! i have some silver hoarse racing flush mount window louvers. i had a shop paint them and they totally F***ed them up. should i sand them back down all the way before i get them repainted? and would you like to paint them for me (for a cost of course)

You don't have to sand them all the way down, just make them smooth.
I advise you to have another local shop painting them because the shipping would render them too expensive and inconvenient IMO.
I don't mean to blow you off though...

ya i thought about it but the shops i talked to basically said they where "to busy" for "tiny jobs"

not saying I own a failing business or anything but I know there's plenty of shops around here that'll take any little job that comes along

Depends on the area. there are plenty of shops around here with "insurance work only" signs. They only want the multi-thousand dollar collision work.
