I read somewhere that all the sway bars installed now from the factory are the vert sway bars. Since they fit the coupe and the convertible.

Chronos.. yes My rear sway bar has that white link with it. I was told that was for a convert.. From the looks of it you do not have a convert and it worked..

Thats a vert sway there.
White as can be.
Maybe they ran out of coupe sways and are using vert sways now
with all the parts suppliers not getting paid and such...
Could you give us a Ford part # thats on the attached tag?
Please, to help clear up the confusion?

+1 on the poly bushings... they are very affordable and might as well be done before installing any sways to save the time and effort of removing/installing again. for my own comparisons, i did try the sway with stock bushings, then with poly bushings. if you are sensitive to every change on your car, then you will notice the improvement. if not, its still worth installing them but not critical if you don't care for it. good luck.

OK, I got under the car earlier today with pencil and paper ready to write down the code only to find that the tag was ripped off and only the bar code remains. I had completely forgotten that a few months back I got tired of looking at that stupid tag hanging down and I ripped it off. Every time I would walk up to my car from behind I could see that white tag down there. It looked like a person who put on a new shirt and didn't take the price tag off. Sorry dude, couldn't get it for ya.

If you have to ask, I would say dont attempt it.

Its as simple as turning a wrench.
Can ya turn a wrench?

Obtaining ther correct hardware is the toughest part.

better check which bar you have before you order poly bushing for it on the tag will tell you if its the 18mm or the 20 with the white links i'd bet on 18mm. but check your new bushings before you drill out the old. Easiest way to take out the old dog bone bushings is to drill afew holes in the rubber pop right out then. Found that out the hard way after fighting with the first one for 1/2 hour. second was off in 2 min.
