Default this should be easy 87tune to 93 tune

If runnig 87 tune I know I should run the tank as low as pos. then fill with 93 and change the tune. Will the gas thats in the line do any harm?

If you are really worried about it, just drive it a bit after you put in 93, then change your tune.

No, it won't hurt. Our PCM's can handle minor variances in octane. Even if you had a 1/4 tank of 87 and then filled with 93 you'd be fine providing the gas wasn't bad to begin with.
