Default door wiring harness swap

I had to replace the door on my 2006 Mustang convertible v6 because it has a huge dent on the driver side door. I found a door cheap but the problem is it's from a non convertible and have the second switch for the rear windows. I started taking apart both doors and seeing if I could swap the harness because the non convertible harness doesn't even have a plug for the switch. is there anything I can do or do I have to tear the door down to nuts and bolts and swap the harness.

I have the original door that has the correct harness and the new door that has the non convertiable harness. Is there a special way to swapping the harnesses or just tear both
doors down

I shouldn't be too hard. Take you time and don't force anything. If need be, take notes and/or take pictures. Oh yeah, wear long sleeves. The thicker the better.
