Default Shelby front end on Non-Shelby's

Just was curious what everybody thought about putting Shelby front ends on non-Shelby mustangs. It is awesome looking, but should it be reserved for Shelby's only? Badges would be a bit much.

I have no problem using just the front end styling, doing a total clone (full badges, etc) would bother me.

I agree ^^^ If a person wants to style after another ex. bumpers or scoops, thats fine but clones are a little much. Badges are where I draw the line.

Agreed badges are also over the top for me. I can appreciate the need for upgrading styling, but copying badges is bizzare. I have a Saleen front end on my GT and thought about doing the GT500, but wouldnt ever add the other badges.

Agreed^ for example I love the saleen decklid panel for the 10s however it has saleen in big words across the back. I would never put that on my car. However if it just said Mustang, I would buy it in a second.

In no way would I use Shelby/Cobra badges even if my car had 1000HP.
Body parts are fine, it's still from a Mustang...

I agree completely, but just how hard is it to make a shelby front end fit on a V6? I cant find anything that works. I love the look of the front fascia on the eleanor car (the one with the fog lights in the bottom grill) but I cant find one that would fit a V6 for the life of me!
