Looking for a 4.0
Hello all, I'm looking to puchase a 2005 to 2007 4.0 , manual trans, convert. as my daily driver. At this time performance is not a factor. I have my 2003 mach 1 for that. Any info on what to look for both pros and cons, highway mileage would be helpful. The mods will come later. First things first, get the car. Thanks for any help.

highway mileage on a stock ring and pinion is about 27 ish. you could probably find one near you for 12-14K. i paid 12,700 for mine, its an 07 and had 28,700 miles on it. mine is an auto and a coupe. the verts may run a bit higher on the price scale, but search around. look at cars.com and go to your local dealers and see how low they are willing to go. mine was listed at almost 14K but i got it down to 12,700
