good day, I just finished my single GT muffler swap and when I was revving the engine, it wont go past 4000 to 4500 Rpms in Park/Neutral. Is this normal even without the swap?. I took it down the road and I was able to take it past 5000 rpms. I just want to be sure if theres anything wrong.

No theres nothing wrong, its a rev limiter. Thats a normal thing, there is also a limit while driving, but I don't remember the exact rpm.

i believe the limit while driving is 5750 but no more than 6000. with tunes they change the limiters.

Yeah, I think custom tunes usually change the rev limits.

They are both indeed controlled by rev limiters in the tune, but different limits for neutral vs. when in drive and moving.
