SCT X3 problem

SCT X3 problem
Ok, so I just got my SCT X3 in the mail today with a custom tune from Brenspeed.
I plugged it in and selected "Custom Tune". At this point I simply receive a message on the tuner that says "error!".
Has anyone else seen this or figured out a way to fix it?

make sure you CLOSE YOUR DOORS when you are loading the tune.
I have tried to load a tune and gotten ERROR messages, then realized I was sitting halfway in the car, and halfway out with my feet on the concrete..
If that's not it, contact Brenspeed or SCT for advice.
