Angry power door lock actuator

While I was at work my girlfriends 06 mustang broke down. she took it to a shop and the shop replaced her alternator and battery. when we went to pick the car up, we noticed that the power door lock actuator were sounding like they were moving the locks up and down, but the locks were not moving also the stereo will not turn on at all. i checked the fuses and relays. if anyone has any ideas please help

thanks:icon_confused

What he means by SJB is, in the passenger's side foot well against the panel is a black box that holds fuses. Unfortunately many Mustang owners have been plagued by a menacing TBS (Technical Service Bulletin) that Ford put out concerning a water leak that gets into that SJB. Which in turn causes all kinds of electrical problems.
Check your carpet for dampness. Pull it back and feel behind to see if the padding is wet.
