Default i need a litle help. TURBOS

Hey guys,

its been a while ince i've been on here but im pulling togeter parts for a twin turbo on my 4.0 and i need a little help.

First off I am using the 4.0 i want no suggestions toward swapping an 8 in there.

im trying to make a quality kit, with everything pre-thought out.

I have access to all the tools and know-how courtesy of family friends, anyways here it goes.

The system will look like this: each turbo will be mounted directly off of each long tube header underneath the car. They will be covered by a skid plate. The hot side will run together under the engine and into the intercooler, then up into the maf/intake. the used exhaust gasses will then go into the flex pipe to the existing exhaust then out the cherrybomb muffs.

I have a list of things that i am positive i will need, and i would appreciate any heads up on what else i will need to complete my own kit, and any suggestions on where to get anything would be appreciated.

I plan on running 12 psi on a street tune.

(2) Turbonetics T3 .50 trim .
Tial 38mm Wastegate
HKS universal BOV
Hot Side Piping est. $250 (aluminized)
Cherry Bomb Mufflers
Exhaust Tips
Universal Flex Pipe(s) (to existing exhaust)
Spearco Intercooler
Silicone Couplers and clamps
39 lb/hr injectors (maybe larger)
Blowthru MAF Housing (size?)
Spec Stage 3 clutch
Tuner

also, are there any reputable places to get the car tuned in the Ohio/WV area?

Thanks guys

what part of ohio are you in? I live in cincinnati and can probably help you tune this. Also, cincy speed will be a good place to go to

your gonna need a MAF.ia for your MAF sensor if your going to stick with the stock one. Need all your gauges too boost, A/f atleast. 8.8 or built 7.5 along with a one piece DS. You will need new valve springs as well, you could try and shim them but the nissan 909 springs seem to be the popular choice. I'm sure there is more but thats what i've got off the top of my head.

But why do you want to run twin turbos? A well sized single turbo will give you the same performance and save you cash. And if your doing twins you won't want to run 12 psi in each one but total, I assume thats what you meant. Do you have hp or torque goals in mind?
