Just remove one of the hardened thread forming bolts from the passenger side. Use the removed bolt to form the thread in the driver side. Push good and hard on the bolt when screwing it in so it gets a good bite then is should screw right in forming the thread on the way. Then go to the hardware store and purchase some regular metric bolts the same size to finish the mounting.

Anyone know what size tap I'll need to use the AM hangers?

There is no need to tap the holes. Just follow the procedure I outlined and you are good to go.
