UPR Lower Control Arms Question!

I just came across someone selling these, and was wondering exactly what they do, and what a fair price is for them....any help would be greatly appreciated!

Jump on UPR's site see what they are new, look for a few other companies that sell LCA's. Go about 60% of new price if in awesome condition.
