Pistol Grip shift ****
I just got my new shift **** but im having trouble installing it, can anyone help me out. thanks

http://www.billetdepot.com/mustang-b...-black-05.html i just dont know how to put it in. do i screw the stock shift **** off? i tryed doing that but it just keeps turning and really doesnt seem to get looser.

stock **** should spin off, you might need to pull at the end,mine has a peice of plastic that sometimes holds it on after its loose, try that.

^^ yeah there should be some kind of plastic retainer in there

no, once it is spinning freely, pull up, you may have to wiggly it a little while pulling

just installed it looks great. thanks guys. one more thing the delrin boot it came with is slightly loose no draft can come through right?

I would think it should be loose so the shifter can move freely, but does it fit under the factory trim to hold the base in place?
