You won't need a t-loc if you're swapping out the whole rear-end and yes buy the 4.10s for a GT. As far as the flywheel and clutch I would think you'd still be getting parts for the V6 since you'll be putting them on what is still a V6 transmission, just with a GT rear differential. Someone else with first-hand experience will chime in though

Right - the 8.8" rear end already has the Tlok from the factory. Since you now have the 8.8" rear end, you buy the 8.8" gears - if you buy the 7.5" because you have a V6 they won't fit!

As far as the other end of the drive train - you didn't swap the transmission so you still have the V6 transmission and engine so you buy for the V6 still. All that changed is that you have a different sized differential at the back of the drive train on the other end of your driveshaft.

tHE t-lOC IS ALREADY IN THE GT REAR END.
Get the gears for an 8.8" GT rear end.
You need the cobra pinion flange
and a replacement pinion crush sleeve when
installing it on the GT rear end.
Get the clutch and flywheel for the V6.

You coulda saved a few bucks and got
an 8.8" rear end with the 4.10s and the
required pinion flange already installed.....

The crush sleeve is $7.99 at LRS, this is a one time use part that sets the pinion depth when it is installed and 'crushed' to set the pinion at the correct depth. This is definitely a job for a gear expert. I'm not sure about the flange but I think I have seen them for around $20... The flange is installed at the same time as the sleeve.
