I normally run the Bama 91 torque tune. About a month ago I got a 93 race from bama/am and loaded it a few days ago. I have a v6 automatic, I've noticed that when accelerating fast or slow, the shift pionts are very close. It seems like it goes through 2nd and 3rd gears very fast. The speedo might go up 5 mph on each gear.

I know there are a lot of people on here with that tune and was wondering if that was normal for the race tune.

its called "race tune" for a reason. do you notice improved performance? if not, then that may be a concern.

I'm pretty sure that dougs shift points are based on speed not rpm. You might want to email him with your concerns since its shifting only 5mph apart.

Thats normal. I used to have it now running a custom tune.

I do notice a performance gain, but I think that the 91 torque is a more even shifting. This morning under moderate acceleration, I was out of 3rd by 33 mph, then it almost seemed doggy. I'm going to give it a little more time and see if I can get used to it. Maybe really pay attention to when exactly its shifting and get ahold of Doug to ask.
