Yep, I can hear my CAI whistle around 2,500 RPM - 3,000 RPM. Once I uploaded the Brenspeed tune, both the CAI and exhaust were a good bit louder. ;-)

Should have tried to steer him toward the wheels and get him to give you a good deal on the Bullitts.

You won't be dissapointed with the tuner/CAI. It's a very easy installation process too. =-)
