Default Nitto vs. Sumitomo

I'm looking at a new set of "summer wheels" and want to go with a set on AM. I, gonna go 10s in back and 9in up front. Now AM only offers sumitomo and nitto. Between the Nitto NT 555 and the Sumitomo HTR Z2 which would be better? Also any preference between the Z2 and Z3 of the sumitomos?

If you have the money, most people would recommend Nitto's.

I have the HTRZ2's and am satisfied with them--they could be BETTER, but I seem to recall the price being very reasonable, and they haven't lost tread unusually fast.

I'm currently running the HTR ZII's right now after having the 555's and I think theyre pretty good. Price isn't too bad either but, like Fred said, if you've got the cash, go with NITTO's.

I purchased my Sumitomo HTRZII's off of TireRack.com for a great price! You choose a local recommended tire store on their website and Tirerack will ship the tires to the selected tire store for installation.
Good luck with your decision!
