Default Anyone have a Ford Racing Short Throw Shifter?

Hey guys I was just looking around and I saw Ford Racing has a Short Throw Shifter for 2010 V6's now. They also have one for 05-09, im assuming the 2010 is the same one just slightly modified to fit the interior, i was wondering if any of you had any input on the shifter. Pros and Cons things like that.

So anyone have one on their S197?

just get a hurst. the ford racing name adds atleast 50 bucks you can pick up new hursts for around 170. i know ford racing used to be 250ish. they are the same shifter.

I have the Hurst and love it. The shifts are positive, unlike the factory shifter was for me.

They do, but they don't make one for the 2010 V6's but Ford Racing does and its like $300. But, I see what your saying about how it is just a rebaged shifter.

i have a 2010 v6 and the first thing i did was throw the ford racing short throw in. it shifts smooth and firm. i had a hurst shifter in my 98gt and was pleased. both are awesome products. as for install its not too bad. just have to get under the car and remove the linkage. from my experience make sure the car is cold bc you will be working around the exhuast.
