How to tighten the bar that moves the seats back and forth up
Is there anyway I can make the bar that moves the passenger seat up and down for more/less legroom - it's the bar directly under the front of the seat. Every time I'm on a bumpy road I hear that dang thing rattling and I can't stand stuff like that, it makes me go bonkers. Is there anyway I can tighten that bar up so it wont rattle so much?

The real question would be how to make the darn bar
release the slide catch so the fricken seat can be adjusted...
But seriously, both sides rattle?
Driver and Pass sides?
If so, both your springs are missing.
If not, only the drivers side is missing, a plus,
as you can now look at the pass side with the
spring and see what the drivers side needs to
keep it from rattling...

Its only the passenger seat - and it's only when that seat is empty. If the seat has someone in it then it wont rattle, but if it's empty it rattles. I suppose the drivers seat may do it but that is impossible to find out since you always need a driver - lol.
