As 157db pointed out, YOU DO NEED the GT caliper BRACKETS to use the GT rotors.
The pads and calipers are the same.

And of course, 17" or larger wheels.

I looked for a while and not that I could find. I ended up going with the Moss Muscle V6-GT conversion kit (brackets and front rotors $150)

Thats the ticket.
I got my brackets for $20 in the ForSaleSection of the Forum.

www.fordparts.com sells them new...
You need 2 caliper brackets part #6R3Z-2B134-B, the same left and right.

I bought some slightly used GT takeoff rotors and calipers from Superbender. He packed it up securely and sent it fast. Thanks, dude! Just got it on today. I discovered that my old pads were about 80% gone, so I was going to need some brake work soon anyway. I went ahead and did the rear pads while I was at it. I notice a smoother and slightly faster brake. It's not night and day in normal driving, but it is noticeable. I'm guessing I won't fully appreciate the difference until I've got to do a hard brake from speed in traffic. This is a good mod when you need brakes. For the cost of a replacement you can do an upgrade.

Yep, with the non-ABS base V6 model, not the ABS equipped Pony Package,
you can really modulate the bigger GT brake rotors like a race car.

If you're looking for another option/truly custom rotors, check out adamsrotors.com

I've run these on my last car and I'm about to order a set for my 3 week old 2011. All of my friends use them. Great quality product and amazing customer service/interaction.

Just throwing it out there.

www.adamsrotors.com needs to update their website.
All I get is a blank black main page with nothing on it.
And I had to go into compatability mode to just get that.
Its hard to order something off a blank page...
