Default Roush Intake

So, I'm about to go pickup a used Roush intake. I'm getting it for about half price of a new one, and supposedly they don't require a tune.

Does anyone have one, and how do you like it? I have a true dual exhaust, and curious of anyone is running the same setup....

Thanks guys!

...Also, I know a tune would really wake it up, but I'll hold off on that for a while. I need to get some wheels first, but it's definately on the list

Do yourself a favor and get a tune. CAI alone will net you minimal gains. I don't recall the Roush CAI being a no tune required CAI. It does not specify on the website.

I thought the Roush CAI WAS tune required but I could be wrong (once I thought I was wrong but I was mistaken). Even no-tune required CAI's have been known to throw codes. Buy it but wait until you have the tune to install it.

I don't know what to make of this, but on Stage3's website, it states it does not require a tune. I also know this specific intake was purchased there because the seller told me, as they are local.

Stage3 also doesn't hesitate to inform buyers when an intake DOES require a tune...
