Welcome to the forum. Use the search function before posting questions about tuners, just a friendly heads up.

Welcome to the site! you'll find plenty of info and answers to your questions in the S197 V6 General & Technical forums. Be sure to read the sticky posts at the top of each section. The search function works well to get caught up on previous discussions. You'll find the 4.0 responds well to simple mods and fun.

Is there a way to force new registers to read stickied topics

Search the forums before you ask questions in a thread

Welcome!

What they said but if you want FAST, then you need to SC. Otherwise, you'll dump almost as much money as SC would cost to go half as fast (or "half azzed") into your car in non-FI mods.

welcome. tuners dont require anything you listed. you can tune it to function better with those, but in all reality you only need a CAI to go with a tune. How fast is "fast?" too general of a term. i think that the V6 isnt all that slow really. whats your goals?
