I shoot small animals when they get near my car... next move is to mount a punt gun to keep birds from pooping on it.

Too funny!
I have a cat that stays out doors during the day, so she makes sure no varmints get near my stang.

Fun stuff gang. Careful shootin' the varmints... wouldn't want a ricochet to ping yer windows or anything.

Will check the airbox tomorrow... methinks the fresh K&N oil has 'em disapproving it as viable storage anymore.

I wonder how many squirrel it'd take to make 1 horse power...
If you gonna have them live in the engine bay, install a miniature Ferris wheel to improve gas mileage at least.

Thats a really good idea. Maybe try marketing this idea to Ford

Actually... I owned one of those. A 1981 machine. Procured it in 2004 from the original, little old lady owner... with all of 39K miles on it. It was immaculate... but suffered from age (not mileage) related problems. Rusted out brake lines... the timing belt was actually so old and dried out that a few of the teeth deteriorated to the point of it slipping time.

It was slow as all hell.... I think a manual trans would have helped it immensely... but it was an automatic. It did get 30mpg though.

Oddly enough.... the Insurance Commission of the Commonwealth of PA at that time viewed ALL Mustangs as being "Performance" cars... and I was paying as much on that thing as I would have on a GT.

Go figure....

My daughter beat that poor little thing to death... I wish I still had it actually. Would have been a great commuter car.
