Default exhaust... decisions, decisions, decisions

well I am running straits off my headers right now. No cats, no mufflers, pypes X pipe, duals.

Well they sound awesome at idling and lower RPM's but once they get up there it sounds a little to high for my liking, so i am thinking of tossing some flowmasters on there, i have heard great things about the super 44's, anyone have any flowmaster experience...?

I used to have flows and loved them up until the point that my vehicle sounded like every other muscle car on the road. Thats when I turned to Borla. This wasn't on my Stang btw.

I've heard a New Edge 6 with FM Super 40's and it sounded great but I've heard the 4.0 don't sound good with them

No cats? Well that will make anything sound like sh*t...

How about you put the cats back on that thing, then go on youtube and find a pair of mufflers you like the sound of. Almost anything sounds pretty good on the 4.0.

So you did remove the cats? Even after seeing the video on YouTube that sounded like a lawn mower/ranger.
