Default Noise in the dash

Ok,so my 6000 mile, 2010 V6 runs great but there's a noise
coming from the left side of the dash, near the speedometer.
The noise happens when the car hits 75MPH and not before.
Hard to discribe,not a clicking,rattling,knocking sound.
Its going back to the dealer under warranty soon but I am curious as to what they will be doing.
Any thought as to what this sound could be?
Thanks,
Brian

They will take the dash off and look for something being loose or something thats not supposed to be there I would imagine. Nothing too exciting.

I get a little bit of that too once my rpms drop below (about) 750.

They are Mustangs. They rattle here and there. It gets worse with time. Get over it!

Any update on this? I'm also hearing a rattle coming from somewhere on the driver's side of the dash. It's driving me crazy.

When I brought it to the dealer, they said they can't drive it above the speed limit, but it doesn't happen below 75mph!So they cant check it,guess I have to wait till it happens at 65,good grief!

That sucks man. I guess you just have to trade it in and buy a new 5.0!

Not sure if this thread is too old to bump, but I had a noise like this and fishing around in the gap between the windshield and dash pulled out two rearview mirror hangers from previous owner's valet parking. Problem solved.
