Default Dash Rattle fix?

Since putting on an exhaust, I have a rattle in the lower drivers side dash. Its in the plastic piece that covers the lower part, around the light switches. If I push in on it, it will stop. Anyone else have this?

There's a TSB out that says to cut/remove the midpipe hangers from the transmission crossmember to correct vibration coming through the center stack.

I'm pretty sure that that is not what he is asking

No, mine is not coming from the center. Its the lower plastic piece that surrounds the light switches. Its left of the steering wheel. You can pull the little light section out of it. I thought it was that at first but pulled it and still had the rattle. If I place my fingers below the light switches and push in it stops. I looked behind there and cannot see whats going on. Anyone know how to remove this peice? Its the lower dash section around the light switches. Looks like its about a foot wide and goes to the steering wheel.

If you can pull it out you might try some foam tape or something like that around the edges. It is also possible that a screw came loose and is rattling around a little. That happened to my mirror. The screw was almost all the way out.
