You can buy the pleather on eBay, precut and ready to install.

You use a can of 3M spray on headline/upholstery adhesive to replace or repair.

If repair, you need to remove the adhesive from the back of the leather. It rolls off with your
thumb, and takes a while...

I have the same car and had to deal with it for the last 5 months. Option one is to take it to a shop and have them glue it the right way if you want to keep the original insert. Two buy some 3m upholstery glue from a hardware store and try to glue it yourself. Its a pain but possible. The only part of it is that you have to clean the surface real good, YouTube helps to show you how. Cheaper and takes time. The only part I could not get to stick was the edges of the panel that comes up to the panel. I had one last resort to super glue the edges to the actual panel. I sort of did most of it like that to make sure is really stuck too it. I did that due to the fact I'm going to change them out(Door panel) as they are damaged so I did not really care to much. hope this helps.

Original is not made by ford anyway, it's the fake leather, or vinyl... Even if you bought
a whole door panel, that doesn't mean it won't happen again. The material back, and
door side has to be WELL cleaned in order for it to be adhered to the door panel. The
reason it fails again is because people don't clean the back of the material. All that old
glue has to come off.

eBay, you can buy new material...
