Front bumper Replacement
I ordered a replacement bumper/grille for my 07 V6 mustang online. When it arrived I realized it was for a 2010-11.. I like the look of it and would prefer not to have to send it back. If I get new lights will it line up? are there any other differences??

That sucks, but I really don't think that it will work.
You could take it to a body shop and see what they say, but it would most likely take a lot of money. I would ship it back and if you can't do that try to sell it locally, and buy the correct bumper and grille.

Completely different part for a completely different car (exterior wise) so no. Cut lines between fender and bumber are completely different, foam absorbers are completely different, light buckets, grill, lights, bumper brackets, etc. You'd prolly spend over $3000 easy trying to get that to fit, whereas if you get the right bumper, paint it for $200, and you could put it on your car yourself. $200 vs. $3000.

Gee, why not trying a Focus bumper while you're at it.
Is it so hard to see that the body lines are greatly changed between the 2 cars?
Customizing the 07/09 fenders renders the point moot...
