Rough Idle When Cold

Rough Idle When Cold
I have an 05 that runs fine at first then after about thirty seconds it starts idling rough. It clears up after another thirty seconds.Changed fuel filter and cleaned pcv valve.Checked for vacum leaks .Anyone had the same problem?

I'd clean the TB and run some Techron or SeaFoam through a tank or 2 then go from there. Its sounds like a minor fuel delivery or ignition issue when going from open loop to closed loop (or is that closed to open?).
Is it time for new plugs?

Modifications are as follows:Flowmaster axle back,Diablosport Predator 93 octane performance tune,E-3 plugs,FR500 struts, shocks, springs.I usually run a k&n filter but I have a paper filter in now because the k&n is out for cleaning.I have fouled a mass air sensor in my 5.0 with filter oil in my younger days before I realised you do not need alot of oil on the filter. This morning it wasnt too bad with temps in the low 50's.I changed the fuel filter this past weekend and maybe it needs some more cold starts before the problem clears up.Need brackets to install a rear sway-bar.Ford wants over 500 bucks for all the parts,Ouch!Seems every Mustang at the salvage yard has had the rear sway bar removed allready.
