need help: grinding noise at high RPMs; before shifting

This is happening only during spirited acceleration > 4k RPMs or so on our 5-speed manual GT. Car is still under std 3 year wrranty until June-2011, we purchased it used in Oct10 from Ford dealer. Is this a bearing or lubrication issue inside the clutch asembly? Also, is this a known problem with the 2005-09 GT series? thanks

Need something more specific... A grinding noise can be anything.

Well this is happening to me after I installed a new clutch with everything replaced like the flywheel, TOB... On WOT, shifting to any gear, it blocks me from going into gear into it drops passed 5 rpms... I already changed the master cylinder, clutch master cylinder, upgraded to ford racing clutch line, Prothane motor mounts... And i noticed if i rev around 4-5k in first with the clutch pressed all the way down, car moves forward a little. I feel like there is air that would not come out of the slave cylinder no matter how many times i bled it... What do ya'll think, im at this point stumped.
