False advertising a GT, that price should be for a real GT

Its a beautiful car, but they really are trying to screw people over.
If that is the budget your are shooting for I would def go for a 2011 Mustang.

I think they mis-typed the info on the ad. It should be a 4.6, V8 listed in the description. My buddy has a 2009 GT anniversary edition and his car also has anniversary badges on the front fenders. The price is way too high for a sixxer. However, even for a GT, the price seems a bit high. Are you set on a sixxer? Personally, I would go for the GT!

Where the hell is THAT dealer located!? Everything I have seen is $21XXX minimum! Are they selling those cars without the engines?

Frontier Ford @ Stevens Creek. I'm sure its the bare minimum V6 w/ no options, but its 18k nonetheless.

At the risk of getting flogged on here, What have you done to the GTA that would make you think of trading down to a Mustang? Have you worn it out? or just tired of it and want something else? 1) PONTIAC- no longer made, gonna be an instant classic. 2) Pontiac Firebird - American Muscle with a huge following gonna run the price through the roof. 3) GTA - limited, short production run. 4) 1988 - in only 2 years she becomes an antique with classic status. ...... you gotta be nuts!

I greatly encourage you to buy the Mustang, you will love it, but it is entirely different than what you have. If it's paid for keep it.... don't ditch an awesome automobile for "Something Different"......

The most they will give you for the GTA will be wholesale, so you'd be better off keeping it or selling it yourself. 21k is pretty close to what that car cost when it was new, with all the discounts offered in 09. it's loaded with everything except TCS. It appears to have factory 18" wheels, that and the glass roof were expensive options. Think about buying it without a trade in, set up your financing beforehand and then offer them cash for a lower amount, they might just take it.
