Default Thinking about swapping my 2010 Fusion Sport for a used 2011 Mustang V6...

Found a used 2011 v6 mustang premium with 9000 miles that was a lease return. Right now I have a loaded 2010 Fusion Sport with leather, nav, etc...

I'm just wondering what you guys thoughts were about switching to the Mustang. Basically, I would be giving up some features which I like (nav, BLIS, auto climate controls, sunroof) to get a car that's more fun to drive.

I really like this color combination too.

Thats a very good looking 2011.
If you don't need 4 doors then there is really no real choice.
GO GET THAT MUSTANG!

DO IIITTTT! But first try and get them to lower the price a little, I mean its (from what I can tell) a base model. And from the sound of it, you have some kind of premium model right now. I personally am big on gadgets for the car lol, so maybe check out some of the premium mustangs?

I love the look of the Fusion Sport and it would be quite a bit more functional than the Pony so

If you're asking on mustangforums.com you already know what you want to do. And if your current car was all that you wouldn't be spending time on autotrader.com.

Nav is a nonissue, you can already get GPS built into your phone, laptop, watch and sneakers. Within 5 years it'll be integrated into your toothbrush. IMO part of what makes the Mustang fun to drive is a lack of gadgets- you're just driving, period. Up to you how much you enjoy that. When I was shopping I test drove an Acura, wasn't terrible, but the interior looked like a pinball machine. Also drove a Charger, and it felt like I was trying to steer a couch. Mustang is a pure car experience. That may not be what you want- depends on where and why you drive.

I think the price is way too high on that car. You can add any feature you want to the car, but just so you know I didn't give anywhere near that kind of price for mine with the premium package, and fully loaded, with all the options you are giving up.....

Are you only interested in the looks of the new body style (2010-2011)?
If not, would you consider an older model GT? You can find a decent deal on a used GT under $20K within semi low miles. Just a thought.
