GT500 spoiler question

GT500 spoiler question
I'm thinking my next expenditure will be on a GT500 rear spoiler, does anyone know how it matches up with the mounting holes from the v6 spoiler?

It is a direct replacement with the stock holes, but instead of using 4 holes it uses 2. Well atleast thats how it is on thespoilerstore from eBay!

it says that for the GT spoiler, I did a little research on that one.. didn't know if the v6 spoiler utilized the same mounting holes..
