My wife drives a VW Passat 1.8 turbo. The VW is slow off the start, however once her turbo kicks in she is able to pull on me easily in higher speeds.
Would you consider a an older GT model?
From what I've read with the 2011 V6, you can feel the power, but it's at the higher RPM ranges.
