Default Fading Brake Pedal/Stalling

Hi, im new on here but not new to mustangs. I have restored several 60's models and recently bought a 2006 Convertible V6. I have 2 problems maybe someone can help with.

First, I have replaced all brakes and after driving about an hour, my Brake Pedal Fades!! Meaning it get softer and harder to stop the car.. I have bled several times, but it is good while running around town, but get going on the highway, it gets soft..

Second, Around town, once in a while, the car will just randomly stall at a red light!! Maybe the fuel pump???

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Not sure about your first problem, maybe a brake booster?

Second problem, have you changed your fuel filter? Cleaned TB?

The brake booster design on our model cars is.... functional at best. Have someone press the brake in your car and look at how much the brake booster sways.. it is pathetic.

I recommend some stainless steel brake lines, that should help brake fade.

Thats true but he shouldn't have as much fade as he is describing!

For the stalling I recommend changing out the fuel filter as it may be clogged, and its just one of those things you shoukd replace ever so often.

As for the brake fade have you inspected your brake pads or is your rotors warped in any way? Tbh it sounds pretty normal to me because I've driven many other cars and their brakes feel so much better than mine. What happens when you pump the brakes at a stop? Does it get stiff again?

Yep, when getting off highway, an extra pump or two brings them back up. I cut all rotors today and replaced all pads, bled brakes again.. and its good around town, but at high speeds its still fading.. Im thinking master or maybe heat build up on those rear brake hoses..
