Will that techniqnically count as a muffler? I am asking because I live in Maryland and there needs to be a muffler on the car. I was planning on getting this and muffler delete axle backs. I may be off on the law so if I am please let me know.

First off there is no way an inspector in MD's Emission's station is going to believe that a chambered mid pipe is a muffler!

and unless you have heard the 4.0 with muffler deletes in person, I would highly recommend you avoid this. RICEY is being generous
