A stand alone CAI will not net you 15 HP, maybe 3-5 HP.

A CAI/custom tune combo from a reputable company, such as "American Muscle/Bama" or "Brenspeed". It really wakes up the 4.0 and is the best bang for the buck!

Dual exhausts are mainly for looks and better sound, rather than performance.
