If stangs dont have ECUs than all the tuners people buy are useless. PCM, ECU, PCU, ECM are all the same thing just different names people use for them. its the cars internal computer. The difference in names is so shops can just make more money off of people who dont know any better

I am to understand that what will be required to remove the wiper arms then is:
1. Whatever size nut socket for the arms.
2. Then pull with a wiper removal tool.
About sum it up? Autozone has the tool, couldn't find it with a search on pepboy's site though. That'll work though, bit further for a nearby autozone. **meh, special order item at my local autozone, ghey.
I of course wish to clean out the vent screen area.
