I know i"ll be super low, I just want too make sure that with the 17s will i be ok on normal roads, no inclines or nothing, regular roads.

With stock suspension my front already seems low. Not sure if i put the springs on will i be touching the ground. Pretty low drop.

but with a drop that big youll most likely need camber bolts at least. but adj strut mounts are preferred. then you most likely need to re align your rear end. this can be achieved with a new adj panhard bar, and while youre at it get the brace too. contact sam strano in the s197 handling section. hes the best of the best when it comes to the s197 chassis and suspension.
