what i mean by that is the governor kicks in, and it is like you take your foot off the gas. The tach is only at 5K (or maybe even less, i dont remember exactly). Nothing "happens" in a bad way, thats just all it will let you go. Crazy, for a sports car, to have it governed lower than my Camry (4 cylinder 125mph!)

The biggest bang for the buck is probably going to be a X-Cal2... especially if you have an automatic... A CAI will help in the higher RPMs... and the exhaust is good for around 10RWHP... headers??? I wouldn't bother with them yet... not much gain there...
