If it makes you feel better, I did the same thing on my moms G37 2 months ago.... The drain plug/filter on those things are in the front of the motor!!!

Now I know that they are in the right front, but that damage is done, thanks to all for their answer, I`ll tow the car to the dealer tomorrow morning...

That sucks man....wish it was an easier fix for ya. Are there any mobile mechanics you can call and have them come to you? Maybe cheaper than towing and having the dealership do it. Just a thought.

Clearly one of Ford's most boneheaded engineering ideas. Too bad we can't get every owner to complain and demand a fill tube and dipstick!

Update,
Thanks guys for ur best wishes, one thing that I miss from olds cars is the freaking stick to check and refill the trass fluid, I used to have a 300 chrysler and the same thing no auto trassn stick...Well the car is fixed at the dealer plus oil change all for $105...not bad.
