Default Deciding on my next mod

I've mostly been thinking along the lines of handling. Lowering is an option...but i'd rather do other things seeing as how im constantly having to drive on crappy roads, speed bumps, inclines for railroad tracks, you name it. I really don't know how cars are set up well enough to know how each handling part fits into the equation, so i'm looking for suggestions =)

use: daily driver, don't take it to the track but would like to every once in a blue moon in the future, driving spiritedly on weekends, doughnuts and squirly stuff in parking lots that makes me feel like a race car driver lol

price range: let's try to keep it under $400ish for now. but by all means, please feel free to give suggestions beyond this limit that i could work toward

also, what are some of the next power mods i could be looking at? already did cai and tune

Sway bars are a good mod for the $$ if you don't have the Pony Package.

A steeper rear gear isn't a power mod but it makes you feel like you've got a lot more power/tq
