Why would you mod a leased vehicle???
Yes, you will voide the warranty on the exhaust components you replace, the springs, and the intake itself.
You need to talk to the dealer about any modifications done to the vehicle or read the terms of your lease. They are pretty black and white about what they will and will not allow.
