Default 8.8 rear end in my future
I was scrolling the hampton roads craigslist pages and came across a 8.8 axle out of an '05 with 4.10's for $350 so I jumped all over it. Gonna go look at it during the midweek and hopefully I will no longer have any gear whine and the first step in my switch to 8 cylinders.

Yea hoping everything will be ok with the axle, I went ahead and purchased the cobra flange, gonna go look at it tomorrow and hopefully I will be coming back with it.

I got my 2012 8.8 axle for 50 cash cause they guy didn't want it only has 9k on it

He swapped it out of his car and put in a 09 Shelby axle in

Its the same thing so idk why he'd do that. They are both 8.8s LOL.
