Default Wheel upgrade

I was just wonderig if stock wheels off a 2009 GT would fit on a 2005 v6
I have 16s right now is there anything else I would need to do if they do
fit.

Retune for size difference.

You will only have to retune if the tire diameter changes. The wheel diameter has nothing to do with the revs per mile.

Yes, the OE wheel offsets are all in the same ballpark from '05 thru '10 and possibly later. Just use any of the online tire size calculators to compare both tires revs per mile/ O.D.. IIRC, the stock OD is about 27" irregardless of rim diameter.
